This article starts from the perspective of social medicine and analyzes the changes and problems of doctors' behavior since the new medical reform. In recent years, with the development of medical technology and economic development, the medical model in various countries has shifted from a biomedical model that only cares about the patient's physical health to a social medical model that focuses more on the patient's whole life cycle health..Since the New Medical Reform, chinese government has been trying to solve the issues of medical affordability and accessibility through a series of policy instruments.Starting from grading medical treatment and strengthening coverage of grass-roots medical services,we should pay more attention to life cycle health.Doctors as the core role of new medical reform, the change of their roles and behavioral norms are the key to whether the new medical reform policy can play a role.Doctors,as the core of the improvement of medical quality, will further promote the landing of the social medical model.Based on this, this article use the whole life cycle theory in the field of social medicine and innovatively proposes four phases of "healthy closed-loop management".It takes "health assessment","disease diagnosis and treatment","health rehabilitation" and "health management" to define doctors' behaviors By understanding the deviations of doctors' behavioral connotations and actual behaviors at each stage, behavioral problems were discovered. Then analyze the cause of the problem and propose countermeasures and suggestions for solving the doctor's behavior problems. In terms of research methods, this article mainly uses a qualitative research method such as case interviews, focus group interviews, and participatory observations to collect data for 33 patients and 20 doctors. In terms of research contents, the doctors and patients were first consulted to know what doctor need to do,why they didn't do,andthen find doctor behavior deviations. Then through interviews with doctors,we discovered that “the hospital receives self-paid expenses,” “doctors have poor salary and compensation,” “excessive medical treatment tasks,” “psychological disparity between doctors and patients,” and “lack trust between doctors and patients,” affects doctor behavior.Problems are closely related to these factors. Finally, based on this reasons, put forward conclusions and recommendations. The results of this study are as follows.First of all,we found that the“assessment-diagnosis-rehabilitation-management” behavior of doctors in the four stages of closed-loop health management has not been fully realized.Through patient interviews,we found that the main behavior of non-primary doctors is still focused on the "disease treatment" stage.Although there are some “health management” and“healthy rehabilitation” behaviors among grass-roots doctors, actual behavior is far lower than patient expectations;and non-primary doctors and grass-roots doctors have some degree of behavioral problems in the four stages of closed-loop health. And mainly concentrated in the "stage of disease diagnosis and treatment."Second, the doctor's behavioral problems are the result of many factors interacting with each other. This article through the qualitative investigation of doctors, found that doctor behavior deviation is not only due to the impact of personal internal drive and lack of morality, but also with external hospitals to pursue economic benefits, hospital medical treatment tasks are heavy, patients are too high expectations, doctors and patients inter-group trust Weakness and other reasons are closely related. Finally, the paper puts forward specific suggestions: the country needs to continue the reform of the medical system and improve the public welfare of the hospital;patients need to reduce their expectations and reduce unreasonable medical requirements;doctors need to strengthen ethical training, reshape the professional role of doctors, etc.;through coordination Multi-role behavior, creating a more harmonious social environment for doctors and patients, and providing new ideas and methods for China's new medical reform.
