Research On The Mechanism Of Receiving And Handling Police In The View Of Closed-Loop Management

Since 1990 s,Zhangzhou has created 110 alarm service for 20 years.The platform has been continuously developing and innovating.It has experienced three important sections: "110 alarm service","110 three in one",and 110 police mini service platform.Gradually various of functions,It has become close contact with the masses,standard police activities,an important platform to strike the illegal things and criminals,is a typical sample and epitome of the modernization process of China's police.Xiangshan County of Ningbo City realized its original status 110.119.122 The three alarm desks at the end of 2008.and the social emergency response linkage are merged into the new 110 alarm service desk,that is,the emergency command linkage center,which fundamentally integrates police resources and social resources,and improves the efficiency of receiving police officers and commanding and dispatching.It greatly facilitates the alarm and service of the masses.However,in spite of the current mechanism of receiving and handling police has made remarkable achievements,there are still some improvements in the operation of the mechanism.By the help of the theory foundation of closed loop management,I try to put the research results to the actual work after studying the successful examples of the advanced operation mechanism of receiving and handling police in various places and studying the current mechanism of receiving and handling the police in Xiangshan County of Ningbo City.More effective and accurate fight against crime and coordinated rescue services.This article contains 5 chapters: Chapter 1.Introduction,focusing on the purpose and significance of the topic,domestic and foreign researches status,research methods,research emphasis and innovation cases.Chapter 2.This paper expounds the related concepts of the mechanism of receiving and handling police and the closed loop management,introduces the concept of the mechanism and the mechanism of receiving and dealing with the police,the composition of the elements of receiving and dealing with the police,the working process,and the application of the closed-loop management design ideas and applicable principles.Chapter 3.This section analyzes the problems existing in the mechanism of receiving and handling police in Xiangshan Public Security Bureau from the source management,operation and post management,and analyzes the areas where the current mechanism of receiving and handling police needs to be improved.Chapter 4Through the research on the development experiences of the advanced mechanism of receiving and handling the police at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the enlightening effect of improving the current mechanism of receiving and handle management,Chapter5.this paper discusses the countermeasures and suggestions of the current mechanism of receiving and handling police,mainly discusses how to optimize the working mechanism of receiving and dealing with police by optimizing each module of receiving and handling police,integrating resources and using information technology to optimize the working mechanism of receiving and handling police.According to the combination of theory and practice,this paper puts forward the suggestion of optimizing the current mechanism of receiving and handling police in Xiangshan Public Security Bureau through closed-loop management,which can effectively improve the work of receiving police in Xiangshan County Public Security Bureau.
