With the rapid development of urban economy and continuous improvement of people's living standards, the existing public facilities are becoming increasingly difficult to meet the growing social needs of the public. All local governments have,to varying degrees, the construction of public facilities such as nuclear power plants and chemical plants to reduce the public The gap between life needs and reality. While these facilities bring positive benefits such as convenience to residents, they also create negative benefits such as air pollution and water pollution for the residents in the areas around the facilities, which arouse the aversion of the surrounding residents.Usually we call them "adjacent facilities ".As a result of public awareness of environmental protection and awareness of maintaining their own rights, various social conflicts have been frequent.Among them, there is a phenomenon of public boycotting neighboring facilities in the planning, construction and operation of neighboring facilities. The academic community calls it "neighbors Avoid conflict ".In recent years, the incidence of conflict avoidance in China has been increasing year by year. From the perspective of the areas and fields in which conflicts are avoided,it has covered almost every province in the country and various fields of society.Neighboring conflict The public may take a variety of irrational acts to oppose the construction of neighbors to avoid the facility, and some evolved into violent group sex.How to effectively prevent the occurrence of the social behavior of the neighbors in the conflict avoidance has increasingly become the research focus of academics and the real predicament that the government needs to solve urgently.Through literature review,it is found that it is of great significance to study the influence of psychological perception and social environmental factors on the behavior of the group in the aspect of comprehensive psychology, political science and communication science.Based on the theory of risk perception and risk-expansion effect, this dissertation constructs a model of influencing factors of group behavior in avoiding conflict in the perspective of risk perception, including: individual psychological factors(risk perception, emotional factors and trust factors)and external contextual factors(Government factors and media factors). This paper chooses five factors such as risk perception, negative emotion, public trust, procedural justice and information acquisition, and puts forward 13 research hypotheses in accordance with the existing relationship between factors in the literature, forming a risk perception perspective to avoid conflict groups Hypothetical model of behavioral influencing factors. In this paper, the data were collected by means of questionnaire survey.SPSS22.0 software was used to carry out descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity test and correlation analysis, and to use the AMOS.20 software for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling.Through the path analysis results of the structural equation model, this paper observes that risk perception is the key factor affecting group behavior.Negative emotions directly affect the occurrence of group behavior and interact with information acquisition factors in group behavior.Public trust does not directly affect the group Behavior, but affects group behavior through risk perception;procedural justice and information acquisition can directly explain group behavior through risk perception, negative emotions and public trust and other factors. Therefore, this paper argues that the government should establish a new type of risk communication, focus on resolving the public's negative sentiment, building a good sense of trust in the public and enhancing the impartiality of government decision-making.Regulating and controlling the spread of risk information is the fundamental way to avoid the conflict from disappearing completely.
