Research On Citizen Participation Consciousness Promotion In Social Governance

With the constant reform and change of the political system in our country and the continuous and sustained economic development,more and more people are pouring into the cities.The urban population has been continuously increasing.The economic development and the population surge have brought the urban social structure Major changes.The enthusiasm of citizens to participate in social governance With the rising awareness of civil awareness,the basic conditions for citizens to participate in social governance are also available.Although the government still plays an important role in the social management of cities,the role of citizens in social governance will be more and more important.The concept of "social governance" was put forward at the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee to replace the previous concept of social management.All parts of the country are actively responding to the new ideas put forward by the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee and constantly exploring ways of social governance that conform to the various areas of our country so as to better serve the people and raise the standard of living of the people even further and to achieve democracy The ideal of political building.To achieve the goal of social governance,citizen participation is one of the fundamental means and methods and the ultimate goal of social governance.Citizens' participation in social governance is not only conducive to optimizing the development of social governance,accelerating the construction of a diversified new social governance pattern,but also of great significance for accelerating the foundation of our country's democratic construction.Therefore,social governance is inseparable from the participation of citizens.Based on the survey and interviews with Zhongshan City,Guangdong Province,this paper combs the current situation of citizen participation in social governance in Zhongshan City and finds out the problems existing in citizen participation in social governance.And analyze the causes of these problems,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve citizens' participation in social governance.The full text is divided into the following five chapters:The first chapter introduces the definition of related theory and related concepts of civil society governance,introduces the main research significance of this article,and summarizes the research methods used in the article.Among them,the research methods used in this paper are mainly questionnaire survey,literature research and case study.The paper also analyzes and summarizes the frame ideas.In the second chapter,we mainly analyze the literature of citizen participation in social governance through CiteSpace statistical analysis software,so we can see the areas involved in citizen participation and the current research hot spots.The literature review of Chinese and foreign literature on citizen participation in social governance is summarized,and the current situation of the research on citizen participation in social governance by Chinese and foreign scholars is summarized.The third chapter mainly describes the status quo of the participation of Zhongshan people in social governance and summarizes some typical successful cases.The process of investigation and analysis is introduced,and some problems still exist in Zhongshan's participation in social governance.The fourth chapter,mainly based on the problems appeared in Chapter III,the reasons for the analysis.The statistical analysis methods involved are mainly factor analysis and regression analysis.The fifth chapter,based on the analysis of the causes of the fourth chapter,summarizes and summarizes some suggestions and suggestions on how to raise citizens' participation awareness and attract citizens to participate in social governance.
