A Study Of The Agriculture Comprehensive Law Enforcement In GanSu Province

On Comprehensive Agricultural Law Enforcement in Gansu Province Agriculture is of fundamental significance in China's national economy,especially in the that of Gansu,a north-western province in the vast agricultural country.Under the framework of strengthening the rule of law and transforming government functions,the agricultural authorities is responsible for carrying out the agricultural laws,keeping the smoothness in agricultural and rural market functioning,ensuring the quality of agricutural products,and protecting the peasants' deserved rights.As a major consistent of agricultural administrative management,agricultural comprehensive law enforcement serves as the most effective and inevitable approach towards the authorities' performing of statutory duties.In recent years,implementing the regulations and policies of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,Gansu has been making efforts to improve its agircultural administration and law enforcement,thus contributing considerably to the benign development of its agriculture,and promising the food safety,food security and agricultural ecology.Through the field work and colloected data analysis,the paper examines the past and the present situation concerning the buiding up and functioninig of the agricultural law enforcement system across the province.Grounded on this,reasons for and solutions to the observed problems are proposed accordingly,thus providing insights to further the agricultural law enforcement efforts in Gansu province.
