In order to further exploit the feasibility of quantitative analysis method in the practice of risk management research of China's manned spaceflight,this paper deeply researches the real case of use of the risk management in the space station fire monitoring and protection system.Furthermore,through the in-depth study of risk factors by the method of PRA modeling and quantitative evaluation,risk analysis and evaluation to the project becomes more scientific and accurate.It is more clearly to find the weak link of system design through risk quantitative analysis,and it can also put forward the improvement to the blue print.By comparing with the traditional qualitative methods,the analysis to the feasibility of quantitative analysis method,in the aspects of advantage,benefit,and implementation difficulty,can provide reference for the practice of risk management research of China's manned spaceflight.This paper's main research content is as follows.(1)This paper briefly introduces the infrastructure and working principles of the fire monitoring and protection system of the space station,and analyzing in detail the source characteristics of the risk.(2)This paper uses the Delphi method to identify the risk in the project,sets up PRA model,and finally determines the evaluation results of the project risk.(3)According to the identified risk and evaluation results,this paper puts forward specific measures to deal with and dynamic monitor the risk of the project.As China has been becoming a big space country,all kinds of space exploration mission flourish.Nowadays,China's space missions maintain a very high success rate,which is closely related to the effective risk management in the project tasks.However,the complexity of the future space mission is more and more high,the task cycle is getting longer and longer,and the success of the mission will be faced with a very serious challenge.How to predict and evaluate the risk probability in advance plays a very important role in ensuring the successful implementation of the projects.
