Research On The Countermeasures For Thought Dilemma Of People Beloew The Poverty Line In Rural Areas At Shanxi Province

Poverty is the problem that all the world have to solve.As the biggest developing country with large population at present,the problem of how to alleviate the poverty is one of the chanllege for China's development.Since the18th CPC National Congress,the work of the poverty alleviation had been included in the“Four comprehensive strategic”,it occupied the prominent position as the keypoint of the first centenary goal,which indicated the importance and urgency of poverty alleviation at full proof.At the Report of the19~thh National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the president Xi indicates that we must conquer the war of the poverity alleviation,ensure that all the poor get rid of the poverty,the regional overall poverty could be solved,in order to improve the effectiveness of the poverty alleviation,which states the significance of the poverty alleviation.Shanxi is the key province as for poverty relief and development,in recent years,the whole province regards the poverty alleviation as the most important livelihood projects,which makes a great achievement but there are some difficulties and problems,for instance,some poor people lack enthusiasm and inner impetus for the poverty alleviation,others have a nagative emotion for it because they have lived a poor life for a long time,which kills the onfidence of them.These problems are also the cnfusion for many cadres for poverty alleviation during their working,that is,how to help the poor get rid of the thought dilemma,if these problems couldn't be solved,the goal of the targeted poverty alleviation will not be reached in time.So it is indispensable for us to make research about the thought dilemma of the poor in shanxi province,and make analysis about the thought dilemma,come out corresponding measures,thus providing a theoretical basis and novel thought for the poverty alleviation.This thesis is built form the concept to theory,status analysis to thought delimmma,the reason to countermeasures.This thesis mainly includes five parts,the first part includes the background,significance,methods,difficulities and innoviation point of the rsearch,what's more,this part also talk about the present research at home and abroad.The second part is mainly talk about the correlation concepts and describe the status quo of the poor's thought,After the defination,this part begin to explain the intimate contact between the poor and the work of poverty alleviation.These things make a strong theory basis on the following parts.By making investigate on the whole status quo of the Shanxi province through questionaires and interview,there is a conclusion that the thought of the poor dual character,on the one hand,there is coexistence of the advanced signs and lackness,besides,there are different performances in different stages,that is to say,the poor's thought has the feature of phase bit.The third part analysis the thought dilemma of the poor in different stages,and expound reasons about that.There are three stages about the poor alleviation,and explain what are the thought dilemma in different stages,and indicate the subjective and objective reasons.The fourth part points out the countermeasures about how to conquer the poor's thought delimma,in order to conquer the shortcoming of the targeted poverty alleviation and to pluck the root of poverty.The fifth part introduces the prevention measures of how to prevent the poor come back to the poor situation.The author think that the work of poor alleviation is not only include helping the poor conquer the poverty but also how to consolidate the achievement of the poor alleviation,to establish a long-term mechanism of poverty alleviation,how to help the poor get rid of the difficulty of the return to poverty.To a certain extent,throughout the disscuss of the thought dilemma and the countermeasures in Shanxi province,this thesis deepen the theoretical study of the poverty alleviation and development,thus providing a certain experience of the practice in poverty alleviation,meanwhile,these make difference about the realization of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
