A Research On The Interference Of Group Work In The Migrant Children To Enhance Self-Consciousness

The migrant workers in China,with the scale of time increasing,the structure has also undergone a fundamental change,the children of migrant workers is an inevitable product of the development.This is a new vulnerable groups in the society.Because their physiological and psychological aspects is not yet mature,in the face of the changeable way of life and the social environment,they will often appear all sorts of adaptation.There are also some of the discrimination and prejudice in the society.Therefore,there are some psychological problems in this group.Compared with the local youth, the overall level of self-consciousness is lower.In this case, this research hopes to intervene through the use of professional methods and skills of social work,to enhance the social work methods about self-consciousness in practice.At the same time,helping children of migrant workers solve the problem,and make up for the lack of school education.In this paper,taking the students of Wuhan WSY middle school as the research object,through the methods of observation,interview,questionnaire and relevant assessment to define the specific problems,just like the understanding about own is not comprehensive,lack of self-confidence,learning attitude is not correct,and the behavior is not appropriate.The fundamental reason lies in the low level of self-consciousness.With the "mirror" theory and the social learning theory as a guide,the author set up a group and organize activities.Last, the author assessed the effect of group activities.In this study,the main conclusions include:first,social work for the children of migrant workers of self-consciousness has achieved a certain effect,further proved the practicability of professional social work;second,the work method of growth and mutual group is suitable for teenagers,to promote common development by the mutual cooperation.Of course,there are still some deficiencies in the group activities,we need to further improve the method.
