| in the graduate student ability structure system,scientific research ability is undoubtedly one of the indispensable basic abilities.To cultivate the graduate student’s scientific research ability is the only way for colleges and universities to achieve the goal of graduate education.At the same time,it is also the basic requirement to improve the level of graduate education and optimize the quality of education and teaching.It is also the inevitable choice to inject inexhaustible power into China’s innovation and development Choose.As a key part of the teaching staff in our country,the research on the current situation and influencing factors of the research ability of the postgraduates of pedagogy is of great practical significance to the development of modern education in our country.This study first explains the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the scientific research ability of the postgraduates of pedagogy,and according to the previous research results,it gives a theoretical overview and analysis of the basic elements and related influencing factors of the scientific research ability of the postgraduates of pedagogy.The structural elements of the scientific research ability mainly include the ability of scientific research originality,the ability of language understanding and expression,and the ability of logical reasoning The influencing factors of scientific research ability are mainly divided into objective factors and subjective factors,involving six factors,such as individual,tutor,curriculum and teaching.Secondly,through online and on-site questionnaires,face-to-face interviews and other forms,this paper carries out an in-depth investigation on the specific situation and influencing factors of the scientific research ability of the postgraduates of pedagogy in s University.The specific investigation contents mainly cover three parts: personal background information,the current situation of the scientific research ability of the postgraduates of pedagogy,and the influencing factors of the scientific research ability of the postgraduates of pedagogy The personal background information mainly includes gender,grade,major,undergraduate college,interdisciplinary and postgraduate motivation.The results are as follows: first,the subjective evaluation of s University’s graduate students on their scientific research ability is not high,which is in the middle level.Among them,the average score of the three ability dimensions of scientific research practice ability,scientific research originality ability,problem discovery and solving ability is low.Secondly,there are significant differences among the four background variables of gender,grade,major and type of undergraduate school.Thirdly,personal factors,tutor factors,education management,curriculum and teaching,scientific research practice activities,and scientific research environment are significantly related to the research ability of Postgraduates of pedagogy.Among them,the most significant factors affecting the research ability are personal factors,curriculum and teaching factors.Finally,combined with the survey results of this study,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the scientific research ability of the current master of education students and the causes of these problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation and improvement of scientific research ability from the aspects of individuals,education management,curriculum and teaching,environment,etc. |
