With the continued urbanization process in China, the income gap education gap between urban and rural has been gradually widened, and rural children left behind in urban-rural dual structure is in a disadvantaged background. Compared with urban children and migrant children, rural children left behind has more seriously inferiority. There has been much work in the perspective of the problem, and I try to follow the thought of to-help-people-himself-concept in social work intervention. In this paper, based on the theory of Adler's inferiority, I apply the method of both participant observation and in-depth interview in qualitative analysis and combined intervention methods of direct practical treatment and indirect treatment in psychosocial treatment modality to solve the problem of rural left-behind children's inferiority complex. Specific psychosocial treatment modalities involved in the process is divided into four stages warm-up phase, the direct treatment phase, indirect treatment phase and review phase and so on. Impact assessment process and the results from the talks psychosocial intervention model, the target case involved the basic realization that the main case inferiority eased, while the main case and their families return to normal life.At the end of the paper, I sum up the countermeasures to overcome the inferiority from four aspects like reasonable catharsis, experiential strategy, spiritual encouragement and actively compensation. I also reflect on the practical significance of psychosocial treatment in the intervention of rural vulnerable groups, aiming to providing reference and empirical support for rural social workers, educators and related practices in rural areas. It has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
