The Third Plenary Session of Eighteenth Central Committee puts forward that the market plays a decisive role in allocating resources,which means that the market resources allocation model has opened the institutionalized construction mode at resource allocation level in our country.Therefore,from the sustainable development of the higher education in China,exploring the rules,discovering the problems and optimizing the strategy are not only important,but also the trend.The institutionalized and structured reform of allocation of higher education resources means the resource allocation mechanism should improve,which will improve the capability of the higher education resource allocation mechanism to work together and make its components to work better with other elements.According to these,we can make the difficult management activities of the higher education resource allocation conduct designedly?orderly and efficiently.At present,the significant problem of the higher education resource allocation is the imbalance of the allocation?the growing demand and the largely insufficient supply of existing high quality higher education resources in our country.Apart from these,there are many practical problems brought by the transition of the economic system.Thus,to construct and develop the universities well in the domestic and international society.We need to further analyze the resource allocation problem in the domestic higher education area,and explore its the configuration rules,and build the education resource allocation system of higher education that matches the current economic system in our country.The following two aspects are my study's innovation points:Firstly,compare and analyze the field of higher education resources allocation's connotation and denotation and other theories based on the principle of Marxism,and combine the current social development trend in our country,finally integrate the domestic related higher education research data.Secondly,make use of the system of Marxism theory and western economics theory and use the method of institutional analysis in terms of efficiency,scale and structure of education to discuss the degree of equilibrium of resource allocation in higher education to increase the fairness of education.
