The establishment of boarding schools is to improve students' overall literacy, deepen education reform, solve the rural economically underdeveloped areas of teaching points more, wide, regional educational disparities, education and other practical problems waste of resources. For rural children, the boarding school is the main way to develop education they receive, but also the spiritual training base in rural areas, but also to the whole say the implementation and completion of the "two basics" task. Present rural boarding schools most important task is to improve the management system of the school, in order to effectively improve teaching quality and efficiency, so the rural boarding schools to study participatory management is imminent.In this study, the city of Hami tenth rural boarding junior middle school students as the research object, using literature study, questionnaires, method of leadership interviews, statistical analysis and other access to information, aimed at discovering the development of rural boarding schools increasingly prominent issue and propose solutions strategy, hopes to mobilize the forces of all sectors of society to promote the teaching development of rural education, elaborate by rural boarding schools, teachers, parents, students participate in the management of four aspects, and strive to create an atmosphere of universal education.
