College student canteen as an important component of China's catering industry plays an important role in the university. The college canteen management object are the students and teachers. Three meals a day is not only related to the life and health of students and teachers, but also related to the stability and unity of the school. In recent years, due to the food safety problemscaused by the school and parents quarrel even to court. It is often seen. On the one hand, the university is the place of talents for the society, the college canteen as they protect the body,to provide them with the quality of service is necessary. On the other hand, the existence ofthe surrounding restaurants, may lead to a decline in the number of meals to the school canteen, canteen that earnings will bring a certain impact. In the internal factors and externalfactors such as the dining halls of colleges and universities, how to improve the students' satisfaction is a problem worthy of study.Based on the existing papers and all kinds of typical customer satisfaction model both at home and abroad, I summarize the model for the customer satisfaction and the key factors influencing the satisfaction of canteen college students. This paper selected the Xinjiang Engineering college canteen for the study. According to reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis, these are conclusions:First of all, the main factors of influencing the degree of satisfaction are the perceived quality, perceived service quality and perceived environmental quality. Students' satisfaction in the canteen is in general level. It needs to be improved.Secondly, according to the demographic variables on the overall satisfaction of statistical tests found that demographic variables of age, nationality and times of daily consumption in the canteen in the school cafeteria every week there have impact on the students' satisfaction; but gender, education in the school dining room there have no impact on the students' satisfaction.Above all of this, I make some suggestions to improve customer satisfaction college canteens.
