| The curriculum reform has begun for decades in various provinces and cities nationwide in China, where many uninterrupted and successful cases of teaching are emerging one by one. The curriculum reform is blossoming in the country. How to do it for students to be the first and how to complete the goals of basic education reform become one of life-long topics for teachers.This paper responds to the call of the " I'm in " teaching mode for the subject of physics, and implements " I'm in " teaching mode in Xinxiang No.1 High School. "I'm in" classroom plan is based on the learning guidance case. A teacher reintegrates the teaching material and knowledge in the process of drawing up the lesson plan, so as to be suitable for cooperatively learning materials." I'm in" teaching mode are mainly divided into preview, inquiry, and training parts. Each part fully reflects a student as the main body and everyone involves in the lesson, which is helpful in student's creative and comprehensive abilities.This paper introduces the " I' m in " classroom mode, the student learning mode, the teacher teaching design and control of the teaching process, and the learning evaluation for students. For the mode, the paper investigates the student learning situation, carries out the comparative investigation, and analyzes the effects and problems of the " I'm in" classroom teaching mode on the student ability training.This paper mainly adopts the literature method, survey research method, case analysis method, and so on. Also it presents the " I'm in " efficient teaching mode process and an operating strategy. The corresponding experiments on teaching show that the " I' m in" classroom mode can significantly change the student learning style, enhance the student learning enthusiasm, and cultivates the student cooperative awareness. Especially, the cooperation learning can increase the student achievement. |
