ObjectivesThis paper was based on the results to discusses nursing undergraduate career planning leveland characteristics, and understand the current promblem to improve the career planning leveland provides a clear direction for the next career counseling. On these bases, the paper discusseda suitable professional career counseling method for nursing undergraduate to provide areferential method for the school career planning course.Subjects and methodsUse The General Information Questionnaire and The Personal Eareer Planning of CollegeNursing Students Questionnaire to investigate the students on technology academy to collegelevel,freshmen,sophomores,juniors,seniors.Then use variance analysis,t test and otherstatistical methods to understand the influencing factors.According to the results of survey,the sophomores were determined the object of theintervention study. By the way of voluntary registration,the students was randomized theintervention group with 60 students and the control group of 60 students.The students wereinvestigated before and after the intervention and three months later to discuss the effects ofcareer counseling through quantitative research and qualitative study.Results1.The average total of the nursing undergraduates was 92.90 points,this showed that theoverall level of general.The differences between nursing students in gender, living area, the onlychild, class leader have no statistically significant; instead of this, The differences in grade,community members, family economic situation, whether he(she) participated in studying ofcareer planning knowledge or not,the reason why he(she) choice nurse were significant.The totalscores of Undergraduate nursing students in different grades are different.The total scores ofSophomores are the lowest.2.Before the intervention ,the intervention group and control group have no difference in thelevel of career planning.After the intervention,there was no change in the control group,but thelevel of the intervention group improved.Three months later, there was no change in the controlgroup, the level of the intervention group lower than three months ago,but the level of theintervention group was also higer than the control group.3.The students improved these self-awareness, increased self-confidence.These career goalswas more clearly, these understanding of professional was more profound. Conclusions1. Nursing students were in the middle level of career planning. The importance should beattaehed to the edueation of eareer planning of college nursing students.2.A professional career counseling can improve nursing students's career planning abilityand train these professional sensibility, so that they can trait their own profession with long-termview.3.The Intervention program combined with group counseling and courses has stronginfection.It is easy for students to accept. It has far-reaching significance for students'long-termdevelopment.
