National Ministry of Education promulgated the < junior middle school biology new curriculum standard > first proposed the education concept of the new curriculum reform, namely, to increase the biological scientific literacy; for all students; advocate inquiry learning; pay attention to and real life link. [1] the new curriculum reform requires that teaching should be from the point of view of students, attach importance to the cultivation of the students’ knowledge, ability and emotion, attitude and values. Teaching material construction for law of physical and mental development of students, paying great attention to the cultivation of students’ inquiry and divergent thinking and promote students direct experience and indirect experience combined with the creation of teaching situations so as to stimulate the students’ learning enthusiasm, to enable students to actively participate in classroom learning and become all-round development of new Talent.The principle of the basis for the relevant theory, and a discussion of the status quo and the design of this article mainly uses the literature analysis, and case law, inheritance and reference of the existing literature research of teaching material construction of the connotation, status quo of research on teaching material construction from the theoretical analysis to the case of a series of studies. From the five parts to discuss: the first part is the introduction, introduces the teaching material construction of the theory and practice significance for the academic background; the second part of the interpretation of teaching materials, learning materials and a series of concepts of textbooks and learning materials were compared; the third part, from the point of view of teaching material construction and research method, and put forward the teaching material construction and the main contents of this paper, and the case of the construction of high school biology material is constructed by taking the responsibility of the life activity as an example, the fourth part puts forward the innovation of this paper and the feasibility analysis of the material.Generally speaking, learning material to pay attention to the characteristics of the physical and mental development of young people, whether curriculum or basic knowledge of extra-curricular development and students have direct experience combined, through the theory and practice of life the emotional resonance, to enable students to easy to learn and enjoy these, actively to learn to; learning materials pay attention to train students to analyze, problem solving ability of creative thinking, to develop students’ thinking, encourage the students to learn independently, to cultivate students’ initiative, thinking and creativity, so as to improve the students’ learning ability.
