| As the backbone of the college students'ideological and political education work, college counselors undertake the major task to educate their daily ideological and political development, which have become an important carrier for the implementation of college students' personality cultivation education. Improving counselors' aesthetic personality is the key part to promote the deepening of character education of college students. Counselors can set an example to college students and will have a civilizing influence on them by outside esthetic personality such as teaching by precept and example. And it will also help counselors optimize their own work, promote the professionalization of their team and shape their new images. But in terms of the current reality, there is still a certain gap between people's expectation and the actual situation of college counselors' aesthetic personality. Therefore, strengthening the cultivation of college counselors' aesthetic personality and analyzing its mechanism and methods are of great significance on improving the effect of ideological and political education and on enhancing the overall level of college counselors team, which should be an important issue for the college counselors'theoretical and practical research on college counselors.This essay is in light of the view of Marx's theory of personality and analyzed the connotation, the cultivation mechanism and methods to cultivate college counselors' aesthetic personality from double dimensions of history and reality. It has four parts.Part 1:Introduction. This part mainly analyzes the origin and research status of the cultivation mechanism and methods to cultivate college counselors' aesthetic personality. Besides, based on the current research results, this part established the basic idea of this research.Part 2: The connotation analysis of college counselors' aesthetic personality, including some basic issues such as its meaning, features, functions and the current status. This part clarifies the theoretical and practical perspectives of this essay through systematical ordering.Part 3:The cultivating mechanism of counselors' aesthetic personality. In this part, the author firstly absorbed the reasonable core of personality cultivation theory at home and abroad through comprehensive comparison. Then, the author got key elements of the cultivation of counselors'aesthetic personality by Grid's analytical method, fuzzy Borda.Part 4:The cultivating method of counselors' aesthetic personality. In this part, the author proposed to construct the cultivation carriers aimed at enhancing the key elements of counselors'aesthetic personality, which takes the school training as the basic carrier, the beautiful campus culture as the general carrier, the benign interaction with students as the special carrier and the aesthetic penetration of new media and other subject as the composite carrier. Besides, the author proposed to establish and perfect the training mechanism of counselors' aesthetic personality. Specifically, these rational proposals include establishing the aesthetic sense test for counselors' admission, completing counselors' aesthetic knowledge assessment, increasing counselors' aesthetic education courses and encouraging counselors to participate in aesthetic activities. |
