With the implementation of the "two-oriented" policy,80.0% of migrant workers' children have been enrolled in public schools, the enrollment problem has been basically solved and the equity of educational starting point has been initially realized. But meanwhile, the educational equity problem of migrant workers' children highlighted sharply, the equity of educational process became the key problem to be solved. To improve the quality of education, home-school cooperation is an effective entry point. The theory of overlapping spheres of influence was used as the theoretical basis in the study and a public primary school in Kuancheng District of Changchun which received many migrant workers' children was selected. The situation of three practical activities, including Communicating, Learning at home and Parenting, in home-school cooperation of migrant workers' children was investigated. The findings of the survey were as follows:the type of activity "Communicating" existed problems such as the awareness of communicating was weak, the situation of communicating was single, the content of communicating tended to be intellectual education, the way of communicating was monotonous and the interaction in communicating was less; the type of activity "Learning at home" existed problems such as the parent who was in charge of the learning of children tended to be the low educated one and the time and strength of guiding children's learning were inadequate; the type of activity "Parenting" existed problems such as the learning support was unsatisfactory and the education ability of parents was weak. The existence of these problems was not only due to the deviation of the understanding for the cooperation between the relevant subjects, but also owing to the limited time, energy and ability. Based on the above analyses, we explored the mechanism of home-school cooperation and the conclusions were as follows:Firstly, the cooperation should aim at promoting parental involvement in migrant children education; Secondly, the motivation of school comes from the demands for improving the efficiency of education and social status and the motivation of migrant workers comes from the needs to improve themselves educational ability; Furthermore, cooperation should adopt a flexible approach to breakthrough the limits of ideas and time; Besides, cooperation must be guaranteed in the organizations, rules and regulations as well as materials; Finally, the external evaluation of cooperation should be combined with internal evaluation.
