In the context of the new curriculum,group collaborative learning has gradually entered the classroom of elementary mathematics.It emphasizes the mathematical knowledge based on the traditional teaching method,attaches importance to the cultivation of students' interpersonal communication ability,and lays a foundation for their future development.Group cooperative learning not only cultivates students 'sense of teamwork,but also trains students' communication skills to create a learning community that is mutually beneficial.However,with the deepening of practice,the problems of group cooperative learning have gradually been exposed,which has affected the development of teaching.This thesis used questionnaire method,interview method and other research methods to investigate the students and teachers in the mathematics classroom of the A grade primary school.From the four dimensions of consciousness,goal,organization,and evaluation,the group cooperative learning situation in the middle school math class of A primary school was investigated.The study found that there are several outstanding problems in the cooperative learning of middle school mathematics classroom groups in elementary schools: blurred consciousness of cooperation;unreasonable goal setting;inappropriate selection of content;chaotic cooperation organization;and oversimplified evaluation.There are many reasons behind the problem,and the factor of the teacher group is the direct reason.First of all,teachers are strongly influenced by traditional ideas,and they have a strong desire to control the classroom.Second,teachers 'understanding of group cooperative learning is biased,and it is easy to equate group cooperative learning to group learning.Finally,teachers lack effective training and training for group cooperative learning.Delve into the ability of the team to learn together.In addition to the factors of the teacher group,the students' strong individual consciousness and large individual differences also affect the development of group cooperative learning.To a certain extent,the way schools evaluate teachers and the workload of teachers will also affect the development of group cooperative learning.For these reasons,the thesis proposes the following optimization strategies: by cultivating students' cooperative awareness and cooperative skills,it lays the foundation for group cooperative learning;teachers improve professional qualities in a timely manner,inject momentum into the development of group cooperative learning;standardize the form of group cooperative learning,Ensure the smooth development of group cooperative learning;change the evaluation method to provide space for the better development of group cooperative learning.
