As national basis education reform is being carried out, applications and researches of case teaching method have gained great achievement in the geography teaching of high school. But a lot researches are mainly focus on the process of case teaching, links of implements, the analysis of teaching materials and the others. On the contrary, researchers of designing geography teching case are unrewarded. Furthermore, most of the cases are designing by the courses and experts, which cantnot satisfy the needs of the students of the all areas based on the case diversification and localization. The high school geography teachers are the direct organizers of teaching, most of them understand the geography teaching situation and student learning situation, for this reason, they design teaching case should be more targeted and can greatly improve the efficiency of teaching,professional level of geography teachers, and interest of students. Based on above, the paper studied the new senior high school geography textbook activity system based on the above ideas.It is divided in to the following five parts: the introductory remarks introduced the research background, the significance, current research condition, theory and the method of paper. The first part: the "energy resources" teaching case analysis. The second part: “the Zhungeer banner's Baijialiang coal mine " teaching case design and preparation. The third part: “the Zhungeer banner's Baijialiang coal mine" teaching case composition and the teaching design. The fourth part: several considerations.By studying the various versions of high school geography textbooks, the "energy resources" teaching case analysis and compared, Summarizes the composition and content of such cases describe systems and their advantages or disadvantages. Accordingly, “the Zhungeer banner's Baijialiang coal mine" teaching case design and preparation. At the same time for this case has been teaching design. On the basis, the basic conclusion of the activities are drawn as teaching case design and preparation process to be clear, case material should be appropriate, case theme should be clear, the event description should be complete, case analysis is in-depth, case form to be flexible. Case teaching make students better understand the theory of knowledge while training students to geographic thinking. Case studies summarized general principles, it from appearance to essence, from the individual to the general then the general principles to specific case studies, the behavior should suit the cognition system of students...
