In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology, multimedia technology has gradually become an important means in every subject teaching. With the development of the new curriculum reform, the teachers put forward more requirements to use through a variety of experimental research activities based on the multimedia assisted teaching of the ordinary high school chemistry curriculum standard, stimulate students' Chemistry learning interest, changing the way of learning chemistry and cultivate their innovative spirit and practical ability. The teaching method of the multimedia CAI teaching and the idea of "scientific inquiry" has become closely linked to the new trend of contemporary education. However, in actual teaching, because of the experimental conditions limited or out of security considerations, some exploratory experiments don't go on a real environment for presentation or development in a lot of school, especially in some economically backward and resource deficient areas of Mongolia. The Mongolian schools cannot meet the requirements of new curriculum innovation for most exploratory experiments. At present, the more version of the chemical experiment courseware made in Chinese was designed and used. Because of the different thinking and language environment and other factors for the Mongolian students, the Chinese version of the CAI Courseware in the Mongolian language teaching of chemistry teaching has no effect. Pure Mongolian language compilation of the inquiry mode of CAI courseware can make up for these deficiencies. Therefore, research and development of Mongolian version inquiry type high school chemistry experiment CAI Courseware for culture teaching in Mongolian Students' experimental inquiry ability is has practical significance.This paper mainly carries on three aspects:Firstly, the current situation of chemistry multimedia teaching and the existing problems of remote and backward place for Inner Mongolia nationality middle school were investigated. Secondly, the development of chlorine laboratory preparation and Properties Research "and" the study of properties of concentrated sulfuric acid and 2 sets of Mongolian version of high school chemistry experiment the inquiry of CAI courseware were set up. The design principle and the basis of Mongolian version of CAI courseware, the courseware writing case, operation mode and characteristics as well as the collection of material materials, preparation of CAI courseware for attention were discussed. Thirdly,104 students from class (1) and class(2) of grade 1 in the senior school of Banyinhushu of Keyouzhongqi in Xingan Meng were selected as the research object.2 sets of courseware for the practice of teaching and research were applied, and the statistics and analysis of experimental data were done.Through the analysis of test data on CAI courseware practice of chemical experiment of Mongolian high school, it is found that the students in the experimental class and the control class had no significant difference in response to the general test questions. For exploratory questions the correct rate of the experimental class is higher than that of the control group, and the difference is obvious. Overall, the experimental class students' performance was significantly higher than the control class. The Mongolian version of high school chemistry experiment inquiry CAI courseware can lead students to find problems, raise problem. In the process of exploring the problem step by step, the students' chemistry learning interest is inspired, the creative thinking is developed, the scientific inquiry ability is cultivated, the classroom learning efficiency is improved for Mongolian middle school students.
