A Research Of Poverty Alleviation Work In Inner Mongolia Semi-farming And Semi-husbandry Area From Perceptive Of Social Work

China is an ancient country with the culture of over five-thousand years. In the long historical process, the “benevolent governance” philosophy, such as “he who cares his elderly cares all, and he who loves his little loves all”, “make the old own a good ending, the young employed and the little grow in good environments.” is the core concept that runs through the whole process of Chinese culture. Based on this view, Chinese culture is always containing an ideology of social poverty alleviation. And social poverty alleviation is an important content of social security system, the important basis of harmonious social co-prosperity. China is a multi-ethnic country, and the development of the ethnic areas directly relates to the development of the whole society. In recent years, governments at all levels published a number of preferential policies in order to promote regional economic development, to improve infrastructure in national regions and strengthen the national unity and common development, however, the social poverty alleviation work remained to be the hot spot. Based on the perspective of humanistic theory and advantages of social work theory, the value of social poverty alleviation work can be discussed by the description of the status of Hongqimiao village and social work access to the production efficiency.The full text is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction part, mainly describing the research on poverty alleviation, the establishment of the subject and significance of research and the related theory and method. The second chapter introduces the geological location and the historical evolution of Hongqimiao village with the support of editing data and the personal experience. The third chapter analyzes the causes of poverty by the help of social work. The fourth chapter is the main part of this article, explaining the functional role of social work. The fifth chapter is the conclusion that by participating in the research of poverty alleviation work of Hongqimiao village, the value of social work is found to be of great importance in the development of a society.
