Research On The Role Of Social Workers In The Practice Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Targeted poverty alleviation is an important focal point of poverty alleviation work in the decisive stage of poverty alleviation.Social work plays a very important role in the "accurate" positioning and solution of poverty problem with its unique concept and method of helping others.Under the guidance of role theory and based on the practical analysis of poverty alleviation project of X social work institution in ChongQing,this study explores the role positioning of social workers in targeted poverty alleviation work and related issues.The first part of the article has been clear about the current our country to carry out accurate the reality of poverty alleviation work background,and then from the history of the development of social work and solve the poverty and the present stage in our country in the aspect of policy and system how to encourage and support social work involved in accurate and shows the feasibility of social work involved in precise poverty alleviation for poverty alleviation,and the present research and practice of social work in precise poverty alleviation present situation has made the brief summary,finally expounds the theoretical and practical significance of this study.In the second part,by sorting out the relevant literature at home and abroad,the research on poverty related issues,the research on targeted poverty alleviation,and the role of social workers in targeted poverty alleviation are sorted out and summarized.On this basis,the research design of this paper is made in the third part.The fourth part analyzes the basic situation of the project site,the factors causing poverty and the deficiencies in poverty alleviation at the present stage,and shows the contents and priorities of poverty alleviation practice.In the main part of this paper,according to the cognition and expectation of different subjects on the role of social workers in targeted poverty alleviation,the author summarizes and analyzes the cognition and expectation of poor groups and vulnerable villagers,poverty alleviation workers in villages,grass-roots administrative staff,and other social workers involved in poverty alleviation work on the role of social workers.Then in different subject's cognition and demand for reference and combining the concrete project service plans and contents,the specific requirements and problems evaluator,poverty awareness actuator,the ability to solve the problem builders and the role of these four links of practice resources and made a deep analysis,mainly discusses and analyzes the social workers is how to practice these roles,appeared in the role of practice in the process of social workers,what kind of trouble,and in combination with its own practice experience and relevant information to explore social workers out of the plight of these roles.Finally,the paper draws the conclusion of the research and analyzes the shortcomings of the research.
