Along with the reform of new curriculum standard, the reform of high school education is raised to a climax all over the country. With the rapid development of technology in the twenty-first century, any industry development is due to the professionals' dedicated duties, among these, the reform of physical education in senior high school is necessary in no time. This paper is finished based on the proposal and advocacy of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region department below the guidance of the physical research staff.Aiming at the high school physics teaching reform of Inner Mongolia district, the paper is made a relatively complete process before the reform of the research work to the design process of high school physics course lectures according to actual condition, and put the research in practice.The paper is aimed at the following practical meanings: on micro,it is to form the atmosphere of the study of physics course in high school; on the micro, it is to rise to continuously improve their own education teaching concept and method, improve the ability of study of curriculum and exam outline, continuously improve the ability of control and processing materials, continuously improve the ability of research learning and the college entrance examination, for the process of physics teaching is not only the teacher's teaching process, but also the students' studying process. Meanwhile, both sides should continuously improve their own education teaching concept and method, and improve study of curriculum and exam outline. Therefore, the process of teaching should not only consider the teachers' teaching process and methods, but also on students' learning, pay attention to the problems of the students in the learning process and their new ideas and attitudes, which can achieve the real teaching effect and better feedback, to make the students get more knowledge, and learn to use.The physical new curriculum standards advocated trinity teaching way, which is the knowledge and skills, process and methods, emotional attitude and values of the three aspects. They are to improve the students' scientific literacy through all aspects so that the students can master quick way to study in certain knowledge and skills, as for the way to learn, the students can learn how to make use of the knowledge and will contact previously learned knowledge to promote the all-round development of students cleverly and related to the actual situation. Furthermore, the trinity teaching method focuses on training students in learning and life the spirit of unity, cooperation, know about the concept of mutual benefit and win-win results, in order to arouse the students' innovation in aspects of life and learning, improve the students' practical ability, actively advocating autonomy, cooperation, explore ways of learning.The new course standard requires to reflect the new concept, new ideas, new methods, and requires teachers to change the previous teaching mode of "teacher speaks, students listen", seeking new way to inspire students' innovative consciousness and the teaching way to cultivate the students' practical ability. After an initial stage of teaching practice and exploration, and through the work such as return visit after class to understand, it shows that teaching conditions are good, which explains the reform has achieved initial success.
