In order to conform to the trend of international medical education development,further promote the advancement of medical education in recent years,China's clinical education objectives,policies and institutions undergone great changes,teaching and training in clinical skills more and more public attention,the Ministry of Education joint the Ministry of Health and other six departments jointly put forward the "5 + 3" mode of education and training reforms aimed at strengthening the training of medical students' clinical skills area.Clinical skills is the most basic quality requirements of medical students,but traditional teaching methods pay more attention on theoretical medical knowledge,so that the training of clinical skills is relatively weakened.In this kind of education situation,our medical students' clinical skills needs to be improved.The First Part:Research ObjectiveIn this study,according to the main problems in clinical skills training,a Shanghai tertiary level teaching hospital for the clinical research base,research teaching reform of clinical skills training for hospital clinical internship students to new teaching philosophy as a guide,through literature research,interviews and survey research questionnaires and other forms of teaching methods were problematic for clinical teaching skills training theory and practice of exploration,using a variety of teaching methods and virtual classroom training,micro and contemporary educational technology,attempt to use the "flipped classroom" teaching mode promote independent learning,personalized learning,and strengthen research skills training in clinical practice teaching model and training methods to improve the quality and efficiency of clinical practice teaching,made certain advanced teaching philosophy to optimize the implementation of teaching practice research.The Second Part:Research ContentsThis research mainly includes three parts:First:Investigate the research about teaching methods of clinical skills training at home and abroad widely and the practical application of "flipped classroom" teaching mode,analyzes the main problems of domestic clinical skills training and the excellent case of the "flipped classroom" to provide reference of post instructional design and improve teaching mode.Second:One is the design of a new clinical skills training teaching mode.Drawn the part from "flipped classroom" teaching philosophy suit for the clinical skills training;and by comparing the LBL,CBL and PBL three teaching methods,utilization three kinds of teaching methods to their strengths,in order to improve the clinical skills training and teaching effect,be a combination of teaching more suitable for clinical skills training design features.Which specifically includes further improve the clinical skills training system,optimization of training methods to strengthen the training of teachers and improvement of appraisal standards and other researches.The other one is the development and construction of the new mode corresponding supporting high quality teaching resources."Flipped classroom" teaching philosophy,is the use of modern information technology to enhance learning and theoretical knowledge to obtain information under class,the classroom teacher-student interaction to strengthen the transition focus and attention FAQ thinking ability training platform to improve the teaching of relevance and superiority.In this study,adapt to new training methods of micro-video teaching resource construction,micro-channel analog test system development,existing clinical conditions using virtual teaching techniques,the rational allocation of resources to enrich clinical skills center,open at any time to create a "clinical skills supermarket" for students can watch anytime,anywhere learning facilities;autonomy for the next class of students training,personalized learning to provide a quality learning environment.The third one:Practice Research and evaluation.Design a new teaching mode for clinical skills training by the use of "flipped classroom" concept.And then,it has 2011 and 2010 five-year clinical interns training to implement reform practice,and timely detection of problems,adjust or amend.Through interviews with teachers and research,the results of data analysis,skills competitions and other ways to test teaching effect Evaluation.The Third Part:Research ConclusionsBy studying this subject draw three conclusions of the study:Firstly,we have set up a supermarket for clinical skills training in this study,so that the teaching content of the clinical operation skills are visual and fragmentation to deepen the students' understanding of the content and memory and stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and subjective initiative at the same time.Secondly,guided by "flipped classroom" teaching mode,combined with LBL,PBL and CBL teaching method,it is not only to better application of limited clinical teaching and teacher resources,but also to improve students' proficiency in clinical operations,readiness and ability to deal with various aspects of student emergencies.The Fourth Part:Major Innovation PointsFirstly,by using the features of “Flipped Classroom” and integrating the advantages of traditional teaching mode,we have established a teaching mode suiting for clinical skills training to provide a reference for optimization of clinical skills teaching and learning.Secondly,In clinical education field,at an earlier time we have tried to carry out a teaching practice that based on clinical skills "flipped classroom" teaching mode and have analyzed the effect of teaching practice by using various forms of statistical,on purpose of proving a reference of Optimization of teaching practice.
