Population of China is a developing big country, to meet the various social diao 'demand, realize the whole society within the scope of full and reasonable employment, the employment and vocational qualifications, employment must be effective and rapid development of secondary vocational education, so as to cultivate high qualified labourers for the society. However, the current social widespread pursuit of highly educated, despise the phenomenon of secondary vocational education, the enrollment expansion of institutions of higher learning in recent years and the various education reform in our country, brings to the secondary vocational education the impact and challenges. With the declining quality of source of secondary vocational education, the phenomenon of secondary vocational students learning more and more serious, has been on the development of secondary vocational education in our country. This research about the education psychology theory at home and abroad for reference, to learning theory as a guide, using empirical investigation and theoretical analysis method, through to several secondary vocational school students in XingAn disgusted with the status of research, from the Angle of pedagogy, psychology and management, understanding and analysis of the secondary vocational school students weariness of the status and the cause of secondary vocational students learning factors. To change the status of secondary vocational school students weariness, stimulates the student to study the intrinsic motivation, promote the teaching of secondary vocational education reform and development, the initial feasible method have been explored. The study mainly adopts the literature method, questionnaire method and interview method.Disgusted with the main conclusions of this study in secondary vocational school students are common and serious, in a survey of 1905 valid questionnaires, weariness students proportion is as high as 74% of the main causes of secondary vocational school students weariness for secondary vocational students about their characters, and the outlook on life, the values of cognitive biases secondary vocational schools do not take the phenomenon of students' learning and lack of effective management way change of secondary vocational students learning management countermeasures of optimizing the social environment to improve the school education to strengthen the ideological education work, correct learning attitude to enhance the quality of parents.
