With the proposal of the national policy of "developing secondary vocational education",the correction of secondary vocational education has gradually become the main body of vocational education in China,and has delivered a large number of technical talents to the market economy.However,with the expansion of secondary vocational schools and the low entry barriers,the quality of secondary vocational students is not high.The starting point of learning for secondary vocational students is generally not high,the foundation of learning is relatively weak,the learning objectives are not clear,the lack of self-motivation in learning,the poor self-control and self-control ability,and most of them have different levels of school-weariness,and the secondary vocational schools are in the process of development.The student's tired of learning has seriously hindered the healthy development of the school.The phenomenon of tiredness of secondary vocational students is universal,which has a serious negative impact on the school's school spirit and style of study,and students' skills learning.The author focuses on the reasons of students' tiredness in BBW vocational and technical schools,and hopes that the research and analysis can improve the tiredness of secondary vocational students.In order to truly improve the quality of teaching in secondary vocational schools and cultivate students who meet the needs of the society,we must fundamentally solve the problem of tiredness of secondary vocational students.To this end,the author takes BBW vocational and technical school as the research object,and finds the questionnaires of students and teachers through questionnaires,and selects students of different majors in grades 14,15,and 16 to conduct surveys.The questionnaires include personal factors,school factors,and family factors.Four parts of social factors,through the issuance of questionnaires for investigations and interviews with class teachers and teachers.According to the survey results,19 key factors affecting the tiredness of secondary vocational students are found from the four dimensions of individual,school,family and society.Through the use of analytic hierarchy process,the 19 key factors of middle school students' tiredness are mathematically modeled.The weighting of the 19 key factors affecting the enthusiasm of secondary vocational students is sorted.These key factors are tested by the rationality of the model results and have certain rationality.The weight of these key factors can be known by the weight of the key factors.Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the 13 most critical factors formed by the students' dislike of the students,the 13 most important factors of the model are analyzed in detail from the four dimensions of individual,school,family and society,and the corresponding individuals and schools are proposed.,family three dimensions strategy recommendations.Personal aspects: Enhance self-confidence,clarify learning goals,temper strong willpower,cultivate hobbies and interests;family: parents change educational methods,appropriately raise expectations for children,parents and children enhance emotional exchange;school: improve curriculum,strengthen The construction of the teaching staff,improve the school management system,correct the society's traditional understanding of secondary vocational students,and improve the school-enterprise cooperation system.The author hopes that through this research,the problem of tiredness of secondary vocational students can be improved,and the secondary vocational students can better adapt to secondary vocational education.The school can better cultivate the knowledge and skills of secondary vocational students and serve the society.hrough the analysis of the reasons for the tiredness of secondary vocational students,this problem is transformed from qualitative description to quantitative analysis,the problem is mathematical,and the mathematical method is novel.The research results have certain theoretical guiding significance for secondary vocational education,on the other hand,they also have certain practical reference significance for secondary vocational schools.
