<The compulsory education Chinese course standard>(The 2011edition)mentioned that teachers should guide students improving the level of writing through mutual change,complement each other,to promote mutual understanding and cooperation and jointly.In the composition teaching,teachers should attach importance to guide the students' mutual correction,increasing the chances of students' evaluation.Mutual assessment of students include student exchange evaluation and as a team to evaluation.student exchange evaluation due to the differences of students' ability levels caused by the effect of different evaluation.Group cooperative evaluation is the team members together to discuss,discussions regarding the same composition.Every member in the group to participate in the process of composition evaluation,a process of making the class of different level students can be gain something.On the one hand,group cooperative evaluation can improve the students' interest in writing,reading and writing ability.On the other hand,group cooperative evaluation can cultivate the students' team spirit,the spirit of cooperation,responsibility consciousness and enterprising spirit of excellent quality.In my junior high school internship,teachers teaching methods that group cooperative evaluation commonly used in composition teaching.However,group cooperative evaluation regarding some of the problems in the process of implementation.Such as:some students are not involved in the process of cooperation,some students discuss topics unrelated the composition,some students attitude towards composition evaluation is not serious,and so on.Group cooperative evaluation in a process of close and do not make,close of inefficient phenomenon.Around the group cooperative evaluation in the composition,this paper studies the main problems are: group cooperative evaluation the use of junior middle school composition teaching present situation;the causes of group cooperative evaluation situation;for reasons to put forward the strategies of optimization group cooperative evaluation in composition.This study based on the theory of <the compulsory education Chinese course standard>,group dynamics theory,constructivism theory,the hierarchy of needs theory and the zone of proximal development.In this paper through literature method and investigation method as the research method.From the survey results of this research found that: in junior high school composition teaching,group cooperative evaluation in the process of implementing a process for teachers' lack of scientific and effective guidance and monitoring,student participation is not high,despise the composition,composition evaluation regarding the standard fuzzy,cooperative group layout is unreasonable,the influence of such factors as composition evaluation effect is not satisfactory.This study aimed at these factors,from the perspectiveof teachers put forward the following countermeasures:(1)Guidancing before the student group cooperative evaluation in the composition(2)The dominant position of students in the group cooperative evaluation in the composition(3)The role of the correct understanding of the composition evaluation(4)Reasonable arrangement of the composition evaluation group(5)Set clear and specific evaluation standards in composition(6)Monitor the process of group cooperation process...
