Distance learning brings about estrangement among learners. Knowledge and experience can not be shared and communicated face to face in time between teachers and students as the traditional educational mode, which makes learners ignored and isolated when encountering the difficulties. A longer learning time also changes learners' emotion, which is reflected as being tired both physically and psychologically, casing a result of disappointing marks and even quitting their studies. Therefore,we must attach great importance on the phenomenon of learners' emotion shortage,on how emotion affects their cognition and on the positive and negative influences of emotion. We must take vigorous measures to fulfill learners' emotion and avoid the negative influence caused by emotion shortage during distance learning. This research makes primary and middle school teachers as learners in distance learning and divided the emotion that affects them into two aspects - teachers themselves and learning environment. And these two aspects are further divided into four dimensions - teachers themselves, their partners, their guiders and learning platform-in the specific research of emotion shortage factors. We get to know their feeling experience and emotional situation and then analyze the concrete reasons of emotion shortage through the method of questionnaire during their distance learning. Then we put forward relative strategies to fulfill their emotion and ensure these strategies to be valid and feasible by analyzing the results of applied strategies in training project.
