For the students in Grade 1, the Chinese phonetic alphabet teaching is regarded as an effective tool for literacy, learning Mandarin, but also a written communication tool. Learning Chinese Pinyin, not only to carry out primary school language teaching in the first difficulty, but also the first child to meet the most challenging difficulties. The new round of basic education curriculum reform emphasizes the teaching idea of "taking students as the foundation". Phonetic learning is the most important learning content for first grade children, and it has a great influence on students' learning in the future.However, in the actual teaching process, there are still unreasonable teaching methods, the teacher is tired and the students learn the language. Then study Chinese Pinyin teaching process problems, change traditional teaching methods of Chinese and Pinyin, so the Chinese Pinyin learning becomes lively and interesting, make Chinese spell of teaching is really used in learning and life, let pupils to Chinese pinyin to generate interest in learning,become the urgent need that social all circles pays close attention to and solve problems.In this paper, by means of the questionnaire the author takes Shi Touxiang Primary School as the object of investigation. From the perspective of Chinese phonetic teaching practice, this paper discusses the teaching methods of Chinese phonetic alphabet with the guidance of the new curriculum theory.This paper is divided into five parts: the introduction part reviews the previous research results and the existing problems of the Chinese phonetic alphabet, and points out the significance and research methods. The first part explains the current situation of the primary school. Survey of the basic learning situation and the statistics of the standard rate of Chinese phonetic learning in the first half year of freshman.The second part analyzes theproblems in the teaching of Chinese phonetic alphabet in the first grade of primary school. The third part is to discuss the teaching method of Chinese phonetic alphabet, and put forward some improvement measures. Conclusion,summarizes the research results and points out the value of the research. All studies are based on practice, and also aims to guide practice as the ultimate goal.Chinese phonetic teaching is the important content in the first grade of primary school, change the status of teaching Chinese pinyin. It is pointed out that the existing problems and puts forward improvement strategies and gives play to the role of the Chinese Pinyin teaching tool, is the significance of this study.
