Mathematics computing ability is one of the basic ability of mathematics, and it is the necessary quality of continuing to learn mathematics, which greatly affects the development of students’ scientific and cultural quality. The improvement of mathematical operation ability can also promote the development of comprehension ability, reasoning ability, abstract generalization ability and mathematical thinking. Mathematical operation is essentially a corresponding relationship of "two to one". In elementary school, the object of the operation is the integer and fraction and decimal. In junior high school, although the number of computing objects, but the extension to the scope of the real, these basic knowledge and skills are the basis for the future study of other computing objects. We through to the relevant theories of learning, combined with my own teaching practice and exploration, the students mathematical ability were tested and the test results are analyzed and summed up the problems of junior high school students’ mathematical ability and continue to learn mathematics subject knowledge and the relationship between knowledge. We mainly to cognitive theory, teaching theory, construction theory and the curriculum theory as a guide, the use of literature, questionnaire survey method, test method, observation method, the experimental research method of the research methods, explore a set of improved operation teaching effect, the science of training students’ operational ability training mode. The Mongolian national minority area of the students taught mathematics literacy have a good effect.The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the research questions, the purpose and significance of the study, the current situation of domestic and foreign research and the methods used in the research.The second chapter is the definition of the concept of operation, operation ability and mode, and summarizes the related theories of the training of the students’ ability of computing at home and abroad.The third chapter is from the two aspects of teachers and students, mainly used questionnaires and interviews of Mongolian Junior middle school students were real mixed operation understanding of in-depth investigation.The fourth chapter is mainly of Mongolian teaching of junior high school students in real related concepts, classification of real numbers, the real numbers said, real mixed operations, properties of the reals, problems encountered in the real application of these aspects were detailedAnalysis and arrangement.The fifth chapter is based on the relevant theory, combined with the characteristics of students’ learning and discipline, the specific training program was designed and implemented.The sixth chapter is the summary and reflection, this topic, the formation of the student oriented, the operation of teaching and training mode combination.
