The reality of the consciousness of mathematics application among Junior Middle School Students is low, It is conflict with the basic concept of contemporary mathematics education reform, Mathematics application has in-depth to all aspects of human life, so we should attach great importance to the application of mathematics.Through Consult and Thinking about relevant literature, Defining the applied consciousness of mathematics related concepts. With constructivism, Dewey's education theory, the Eph lyden tal theory as the foothold. Devise the questionnaire of teachers and students, Design individual interview of some students, Grasp psychological states of all kinds of students. Through in-depth interview and theory research, we find out the factors that affect the consciousness of mathematics application among Junior Middle School Students. That is teaching mechanically fixed pattern; out-of-date teaching concepts and constant of teacher's role; Insufficient teaching materials to grasp and Neglecting the classroom teaching; Many defects in the appraisal system; Students is lack of mathematical sensitivity. So after studying a lot of literatures, the writer analysed the reasons causing the present situation and pointed out some corresponding cultivation strategies based on practicing. Teachers should change the traditional concepts of education and improve overall quality; Creating the question situation and Using the teaching example; Mathematical culture into the teaching process; Pay attention to apply theories to practice specially in the teaching process; Use of information technology to show the beauty of mathematics; Appropriate mathematical practice activities; Attaches great importance to the connection of mathematics and other subjects;Improve the teaching evaluation system.Based on the theory, this paper deeply study the phenomenon, The strategy is combined with investigation and literature survey, it will has its certain limitations and paranoia, But still has a certain guidance and reference value. Hoped can have the certain help to the mathematics teacher.
