Humboldt established the University of Berlin in 1809, it marks that the university was being out of the ivory tower, and evolved gradually a social axis mechanism from the periphery. The university began to focus on and even participate in the changes and development of society instead of a paradise. The socialization process of university makes her become more and more secular inevitably, then the teaching of the university act an important carrier to carry her spirit. The university began degenerate slowly in this social secularization.This study tries to reveal the main problems and challenges which exist in our university through questionnaires and interviews because of the influence by the utilitarianism and the secularism, they deviate the orbit of university. The thesis surveyed philosophically five aspects, involved the teaching of university and humanity, knowledge, rationality, freedom and justice depend on five points, involved object, content, method, assess and purpose, in order to take the tentacles of philosophical thinking into the bottom of the teaching of university, to peel her flashy appearance, to explore the truth of the teaching of university.The text is divided into five parts.The first part, the text wants to think the relationship between the teaching of the university and the humanity. The teaching of the university should take the fully human as her object. So the primary objective of teaching of the university is to promote the integrity and transcendence of human.The second part, the text wants to think the relationship between the teaching of the university and the knowledge. The teaching of the university should strengthen the teaching of tacit knowledge based on the teaching of the explicit knowledge, in order to cultivate person’s character by transferring and creating scientific knowledge.The third part, the text wants to think the relationship between the teaching of the university and the rationality. Mature and prudent in someone’s cogitation and behavior, that is the objective of the teaching of the university. The teaching of the university should train university students’rational spirits and quiet personalities to achieve the sublimation to realm of life.The fourth part, the text wants to think the relationship between the teaching of the university and the freedom. The teaching of the university should pay attention to the freedom of academic, teaching and learning in the teaching process, in order to achieve the free spirit consciously and autonomously.The last part, the text wants to think the relationship between the teaching of the university and the justice. The university teaching evaluation should take into account the efficiency and the fairness, which insists on a fair basis, and then achieves the justice, make the university teaching evaluation become a justice career.In summary, the existing teaching of the university is gradually losing her spirit and character, she goes far away increasingly from the truth of herself. So, how to lead the university revered to her primitive, the philosophical thinking is a kind of useful attempt undoubtedly. We try to re-examine the nature of the teaching of the university by philosophical reflection, to establish the correct path of the teaching of the university, and to guide the teaching of the university to the deep.
