Krishnamurti was a philosopher and educator in the 20th century from India.He spent his whole life traveling around the world giving lectures and devoted himself to the cause of overall human happiness and freedom.He has a great influence in the western ideological circle.His thought is very unique.His education views has great enlightenment to the current education,and his teacher views can also trigger the thinking of teachers in our country.This study mainly focuses on Krishnamurti's views on teachers,which consists of six parts.The first part is introduction,it generally expounds the reason,significance,research status at home and abroad,and research methods of this study.The second part mainly introduces Krishnamurti's life,representative works and educational thought.It focuses on the life of Krishnamurti,his masterpieces and his educational thought.This part starts with Krishnamurti's legendary life experience and discusses the origin of his lifetime speeches,writings and thoughts.And then,it briefly introduces Krishnamurti's magnum opus and finally summarizes Krishnamurti's educational thoughts.His educational thought mainly outlines the purpose of education,that is,to cultivate complete people.Secondly,the essence of education is to awaken wisdom.The way to awaken wisdom is to observe.Thirdly,it is a complete and harmonious education content,mainly including knowledge and skills,love and beauty,virtue and solitude.Then there is the educational process of dialogue.Finally,it is the teacher's views of freedom and wisdom.The third part mainly introduces freedom in Krishnamurti's views on teachers.First,it discusses the meaning of freedom,that is,to look at problems without any prejudice and not limited by existing experience,to have an open mind.Secondly,it discusses the role of freedom,that is,freedom is conducive to teachers to get rid of limitations,explore the unknown,and freedom is the premise of awakening wisdom.Then it talks about how to realize freedom.First,we should guarantee teachers' sense of security in society and school.Second,teachers should really and clearly understand themselves.Third,teachers should take education as their vocation,love education and treat every student without prejudice.Finally,it discusses how teachers guide students to pursue freedom,that is,to establish equal and cooperative relationship between teachers and students,to cultivate students' diligent quality,and to help students understand the limitations of thinking.The fourth chapter is about the interpretation of wisdom in Krishnamurti's views on teachers.First of all,it discusses the meaning of wisdom,that is,the ability to grasp sensibility and reason as a whole.Secondly,it discusses the role of wisdom,that is,wisdom can promote teachers' personal improvement,but also promote social innovation.Then there is how to get wisdom.First,sensitive love.Second,observe purely.Third,think creatively.Finally,how to guide students to wake up their wisdom,including truly loving students,helping students to look at fear directly,and cultivating students'complete sense of responsibility.The fifth part is a brief comment on Krishnamurti's views of teachers,including its characteristics and limitations.Krishnamurti's views of teachers emphasize the importance of teachers,so he thinks that all problems in education come from education,and his view has certain religious feelings.However,his thought also has certain one-sidedness.He thinks that the example produces authority,the ideal hinders cognition,and the thought causes division.The sixth part is the enlightenment of Krishnamurti's views on the cultivation and development of the teachers.Referring to Krishnamurti's views of teachers,we can provide some enlightenment for the current views of teachers,including student based fraternity,cultivating love and care from teachers,strengthening teachers' re-education,creating a good atmosphere for teachers' development and promoting students' complete development.
