University graduates are increasingly popular in Guangzhou city, their life with a dream, dreams come true in Guangzhou. Thus, the employment of college students has become a social problem of the whole society of common concern. Guide to help college graduates find their own, to play their maximum potential, while promoting social and economic development of Guangzhou jobs and social progress, which requires government, university, community college graduates and employers to work together, but also need mobilize the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of all parties.Therefore, this paper research methods literature and field surveys combination of human capital theory, labor market segmentation theory, theory of social exclusion,it is desirable under the guidance of a multidisciplinary theory of value theory,first-hand data obtained in fieldwork and data analysis, summarized basing employment of university graduates and causes unemployment.
