Research On The Employment Of NCG College Graduates From The Perspective Of Enterprise

The first expand enrollment of college students have rushed into the labor market since 2003.Just over 30 years,the number of college graduates have reached over 7.65 million in 2016.As our economic level shows a slowing growth rate,pattern changes and the industrial structure adjustment,the employment problems of college students who are facing dual pressures of fierce competition for jobs and economic downturn need to be solved.Parents and society often determine the educational quality of a college according to the employment quality of the college students.The employment status of college students shows whether human resources are allocated effectively,whether the development of social is stable,whether the national reform is successful.High-quality employment of college students is not only the basis of realizing self-esteem and social value but also the motivation of promoting economic development and transforming industrial structure.Taking NCG college as an example,this paper will research the employment status of 500 graduates from the perspective of enterprise.Through the analysis of the results,the paper will summarize the employment situation of college graduates,and then analyze the employment quality.Hereby the paper will put forward to some advice and countermeasures helping related colleges to improve their employment quality of graduates...
