With the implementation of the national “The Belt and Road” strategy,China’s economic development has been entering a new norm,the employment quality of college graduates is a hot topic of social concern continuously.To improve the employment quality of college graduates is not only a major demand for the development strategy of the university to serve the construction of an innovative country,an inevitable choice to deepen the comprehensive reform in colleges and universities,and is also the basic requirement to enhance the quality of personnel training.On the view of field,high employment quality of college graduates is a dynamic balance,namely a kind of adaptation relation between the government,universities,enterprises and social organizational culture,and graduates.Through mutual field coordination,promote the employment field of graduates,so as to realize the employment of college graduates in the field of dynamic balance and healthy development.However,there are conflicts and contradictions among the subjects that affect the quality of employment of College graduates.With Bourdieu’s perspective of the field,especially dynamic balance of domain field,combined with the case of the status quo,research graduates employment quality problems and causes can provide a theoretical basis for college graduates employment and improve its quality and explore the corresponding path choice.The path to improve the quality of graduates’ employment is the main problem of this paper.This research is carried on from the following aspects: Chapter 1,introduction.This paper expounds the background and problems of the research,combs and reviews the relevant literature,defines the core concept,expounds the purpose and significance of the research,research ideas and methods.Chapter 2,theoretical basis.Starting from the theoretical perspective,explore the related concepts of the field theory,and the theory’s application advantages in improving the quality of college graduates and the path.Chapter 3,diachronic investigation.The field is a combination of diachronic and synchronic phenomenon.From the perspective of changes of China field and the history of the T University,discuss T University’s history origin,the unique characteristics in the form of field changes,cultural symbols and the graduates who played "T" brand and the influence on the employment field.The fourth chapter is case study.Based on the data analysis ofemployment quality report and the obtain material of interviews,understand the basic situation of T university graduates employment quality,enhance the path of improving quality of employment,in order to found positive trends and problems in the quality of graduates through status of interaction between the university employment field and its role in T university graduates.The fifth chapter is the analysis of problems and reasons.Based on the current situation investigation and analysis of the relationship between employment field and economic,political,cultural,educational and other social sub fields,and the conflicts among participants,discover problems and analyze reasons.The sixth chapter,path choice.On the basis of the analysis of problems and reasons,put forward the corresponding path choice.Finally,summarize and prospect.This paper expounds the conclusions and shortcomings of the research,and puts forward further research directions.
