Research On The Mode Of Patent Transformation In Colleges And Universities

Colleges are the important area accumulating with rich knowledge,talent,and innovation where produced annually a large number of patent technology that is idle and keep a relatively quiescent state of a patent without transfer,a transfer without conversion,and a conversion without efficiency.How to take the patent technology of colleges into application has a great significance for the implementation of the innovation driven development strategy,promoting to innovate and start up business in public and promoting the development of social productivity.In this paper,the patent transformation and related conceptual differences are analyzed,and the basic process and influential factors of patent transformation as a systemic construction in colleges get specified.Through the carding and summary of patent transformation models in colleges,22 models of 6 major kinds are found out,such as the direct transformation,self-created enterprise,school-establishing agency,school-enterprise cooperation,school-government cooperation,invisible transformation,the typical representative models of patent transformation in America,Japan and Britain are compared,and find out the common features of the patent transformation models in colleges both at home and abroad.In this paper,through the deep analysis on patent transformation in colleges of Chongqing,the crux of patent transformation is to be found out,and the patent transformation model “five-in-one” in colleges is called to be established.Within the permission of regulations and policies,multi-channel,multi-level and multi-element transformation model shall be adopted through the “five-in-one” transformation model,namely,colleges,enterprises,governments,intermediary organizations and according to the colleges features,different development stages,subject advantages and development plans.Connecting the research with practices in Chongqing,the implementation channels of models are deeply explored.Finally,the safeguard measures for models are called to be constructed.
