A Study On The Transformation Of Patent Achievements In China 's Universities

The level of science and technology has become the key factors of comprehensive national strength, this is one of the important characteristics in current world situation. Colleges and universities act as an important part of the national scientific and technological innovation system.They have the outstanding scientific and technological personnel and good technology environment.But in patent achievements transformation in colleges and universities, the conversion ratio is generally low; While a patent for invention can not only bring the rapid development of economy, it can also lead to upgrade technological products, to speed up the adjustment of industrial structure, to promote social free competition of the market, to promote social production and lifestyle changes, eventually lead to changes in national and regional strength. Therefore, it is an urgent need to reverse the unfavorable situation.The paper consists of three parts: the first part is the introduction part, it mainly introduces the selected topic research background, purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad and the research contents and methods of this article. The second part is a body part, the first chapter presents the characteristics of the patent system and patent system in colleges and universities in China, and introduces flexibility and efficiency of our country’s patent system and colleges and universities’ patent professional. The second chapter summarizes the current problems of patent achievements transformation of colleges and universities in our country through the data analysis,such as, low ratio in achievements transformation, erosion phenomenon, not standard management, generally separate from the market demand, etc.; The third chapter, through analysis on various factors which influence the patent achievements, presents the main reason lies in lack of professional organizations and personnel in colleges and universities, scientific evaluation mechanism, imperfect incentive and so on; The fourth chapter puts forward the establishment of specialized management institutions, it also gives some ideas of perfecting the assessment mechanism of scientific research and strengthening scientific research reward and concrete countermeasures to promote patent achievements transformation in colleges and universities. The third part is a conclusion, it summarizes the main points of this paper based on the analysis and puts forward some suggestion which the paper need to be further research.This paper uses integrated theory with practice and analysis of research methods, according to the logic order description-analysis-induction-integration,it provides some advice to promote the transformation of patent achievements.
