| Since the launching of a new round of curriculum reform,our country takes more and more emphasis on the development and utilization of local resources about education,both educators and educational researchers are beginning to explore the multi-pronged approach to enhance the effect of ideological and political education of high school path and method.Therefore,they notes the important role of local educational resources more and more.In this paper,we take methods of literature analysis,interviews survey,focusing on the general method of combining research and comparative analysis,to analyze the development and utilization of high school thought political lesson of NanZhao County about local educational resources.We try to find out the cause of the problems,and propose targeted countermeasures.This paper is divided into four specific sections:The introduction discusses the research background and purpose,theoretical and practical significance of high school ideological and political education of local resources development and utilization,description of research methods.The second part outlines the contents and features of local educational resources.It analyses the necessity of the explore and the use of local educational resources from four reasons: the need for enriching the contents of the ideological and political education in high school,the need for innovative methods of ideological and political education in high school,the need for optimizing the ideological and political education environment of high school,and the need for establishing the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in high school.It analyses the feasibility of the explore and the use of local educational resources from four reasons: the educational philosophy of the closeness to life,cultivate the mood of township love of rural students,using the previous experience,and the accordance of the content of the ideological and political course of high school.Then it outlines the Nanzhao local education resources.It contains the Nanzhao Man Site,Chu Great Wall ruins,Danxia Temple,five mountain Taoist shrine,the tomb of Li Zhuang Lieshi,Nanzhao riddles,metal fabrication technology.The third section identifies the problems of the local education resources development and utilization of the NanZhao County high school’s ideological and political lesson: First,the support of the development and utilization of local resources is not enough;second,schools neglect the development and utilization education of local educational resources;Third,local teachers lack of capacity to use the resources;Fourth,the use of the local educational resources is not strong.On this basis,it puts forward the corresponding causes: First,education policy system is imperfect;the second is the lack of effective guidance and training;the third is a heavier academic burden on teachers;Fourth,teachers accustomed to the old teaching model.The fourth puts forward four principles for the development and utilization of local educational resources part of Nanzhao County: the adaptability principle,the principle of openness,efficiency principle,and the principle of characteristics.Finally,this paper puts forward three methods to develop and use the local educational resources.From the part of the education authorities,it should strengthen policy support and funding,it should provide effective training and guidance;it should create local educational resource sharing platform.For the part of schools,it should use new teaching management system;it should develop scientific and reasonable evaluation of teacher incentive mechanism;it should strengthen publicity support.For the part of teachers,they should strengthen the awareness of the development and utilization of local educational resources,they should take the positive altitude to understand local educational resources;they should enhance the level of local education resources. |
