M.Ed(Master of Education)'s degree is a professional degree with a certain professional background,it is mainiy used to train teachers and administrative staff for the teaching of elementary education,since 1997,the development of its speed is very fast and the scale is larger and larger.In this paper,by means of literature review,it is found that the research on the training mode,course setting and training status of the M.Ed,both the number of researchers and the number of research finding are large.However,there is little research on the training process of in—service M.Ed,and the research findings are not much.Therefore,The training process of in—service M.Ed needs to be studied and improved.Because I have a background in chemistry,I choose to study the chemistry in—service M.Ed to investigate their training process.This paper mainly consists of four parts: the first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,significance,domestic and foreign literature review and the content and methods of research.In the course of the study,I mainly carried out the following aspects of the work: First,introduces the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign literature review and research content and methods;professional degree,M.Ed and in-service M.Ed,and giving a discrimination between M.Ed and the Master of Science in Education.Second,there is a questionnaire survey conducted randomly selecting 45 students from the 2012 grade to 2014 grade at the Henan Normal University,which several participants were selected to investigate the semi-structured interviews on the process of training,such as the source of students,motivation for learning,curriculum,the guidance and communication between teachers and students,the hope of participating in scientific research,writing dissertations and the change before and after the training,conducting a following investigation to obtain the first-hand information.The results shows although the training does improve the ability of students in scientific research,writing and teaching,enhancing the influence of the training unit,it also revealed several problems,such as the differences between freshmen,students' study motives,less support from society and employing unit,and the curriculum not coinciding with the students' need.Finally,there is a detailed analysis focusing on the existing problems during the training process,and giving four countermeasures throughout the training process: one is to raise the enrollment threshold;two is to correct the student's motivation to study;three is to improve the support system;four is to promote the teaching reform,etc.
