The training of in-service masters of education in China is in the phase of development.Based on the analyses of recent training files and training programs of the in-service masters of education and the construction of the consistent theoretical mode as well as combined with the advantages and disadvantages in the training of in-service masters of education in XX Normal University,with the help of the precise and careful study,analysis and summary,some practicable training strategies with professional features are put forward.There are five parts in this thesis:The first part is the introduction which includes the background and significance of this selected topic,the research status and the existent problems of this topic as well as the requisite overview of the integral research methods and research ideas of this thesis.The second part is about the definition of the concept and the basic theoretical analysis.The explanation of the concept of ‘in-service masters of education'is attached importance to,and at the same time,the classification and in-service masters of education and the important property of the training of in-service masters of education are analyzed.The third part is about the theoretical construction of the training mode.According to the relevant papers and policies of the training of in-service masters of education,the “balanced”training mode is raised and the idea of “one core,two abilities and three aspects” is emphasized.On one hand,the graph of the training mode is interpreted;on the other hand,its value goal is expounded.The fourth part is about practice research on the in-service masters of education in a certain famous normal university by means of the questionnaire.On the basis of the analysis of the results of the survey,the outstanding disadvantages in the training of in-service masters of education are found out,considered profoundly and summarized so as to optimize and develop.The fifth part is mainly about the strategic study.With an aim at the arisen problems,relevant strategies are propounded with a view to optimize the training process of in-servicemasters of education.The realistic and feasible strategies include the rational use of the Internet,the enrichment of the course format,the reasonable coordination of the intercollegiate relationship and the improvement of the evaluation system which will provide references and instructions for the training of in-service masters of education.
