Teacher is the foundation of education,which has gradually become the core content of competition between countries with the rapid development of the world economy,indirectly affect the overall strength of a country.Geography is the compulsory subject of the entrance,affecting middle school students physical and mental health.Reasonable middle school geography Teachers' structure can give full play to the role of geography education,is conducive to cultivating talent,the implementation of technology and education policy.This article is mainly to explore middle school geography teachers' structure from the following three aspects:First,to explore the current development of middle school geography teachers' structure.Statistics the literature survey results for middle school geography teacher's structure from 2002 to 2013,summarized from two aspects:on the one hand,comparative analysis the regional differences of the middle school geography teachers' structure in eastern,central and western regions;another,to explore the law of development of the national middle school geography teachers' structure from the perspective of nearly a decade since 2002.Found three major issues:first,lack of the highly educated,high titles discipline and academic leaders;second,some middle school geography teachers' education are too low;Third,inter-regional middle school geography teachers' structure uneven development.Secondly,evaluate three main factors,economic factors,social factors and educational factors,of middle school geography teachers' structure.First,collected the data access to relevant statistical yearbook in 2013.Then,use the entropy method to calculate the right score and the evaluation value of each index.Lastly,analyzed the influence degree of different factors.The results show that:compared with other two factors education factors have the largest influence degree to middle school geography teachers' structure especially in the middle region;the second place is social factors especially in the western region;with the development of economy and the improvement of people's standard of living,economic factors have the smallest influence degree to our country especially in the east area.Finally,the optimization strategy of middle school geography teachers' structure development.Mainly from the national policies,normal universities,middle schools and geography teachers four points of view:first,timely adjustment of national policy,to provide protection for geographical education;second,to strengthen the development of normal universities,training high-quality teachers of geography;third,changing school management practices and to promote diversification of sources geography teachers;fourth,lifelong learning awareness,improve geography teachers' professional training.
