The theory of communication thinks that, communication is a basic form to people, which is a state of nature between people, depending on unhindered communication and exchange in specific situations and is the most basic form of human activity and the basic spiritual needs of one. This paper studies the relationship between teachers and students in secondary vocational schools in the perspective of communication theory. The exchange value of the essence of the theory is applied to the theoretical study to analyze the specific reason for the existence of secondary vocational schools. Then we will seek the effective strategies to improve relations between teachers and students in secondary vocational school for the teacher-student relationship problems.Firstly, This paper started from questionnaires and interviews,compiled the questionnaires "Survey of teacher-student relationship in secondary vocational schools" and "interview outline of teacher-student relationship in secondary vocational schools ", surveyed the current division of The relationship between teachers and students in secondary vocational schools, and then summarized the presence of secondary vocational schools. The internal problems mainly include low satisfaction, poor intimacy, lacking of democracy and the external problem is the poor supportive of the object.Secondly,according to these issues and the results of questionnaires and interviews, we can summarize the relationship between teachers and students in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of communication theory. Internally, the cause of the poor teacher-student relationship are the weak teacher-student interactive consciousness, alienation of the main body of the relationship between teachers and students, lacking of dialogue between teachers and students, and The effectiveness of the communication between teachers and students, from the outside, the reasons are the objects of the teacher-student relationship have not act sufficiently and they are lacking of consistency.Finally, according to the reason of the relationship between teachers and students in secondary vocational schools, combining with the essence of the value of communication theory, we can put forward strategies to improve secondary vocational schools teacher-student relationship. Specifically, we can start from the four levels of cognitive ", "emotion", "will" and the "behavior ":changing concepts through the " cognitive ", including the concept of the main body and the object; Connecting the body through the " emotion ", which is through the interpersonal communication of love, dialogue in terms of the relation between the teaching of love, and our understanding of the psychological relationship between closer to the teachers and students main body;Firming the faith with "the will",having a clear goal, overcoming the "bottleneck", Grasping the key and achieving the "blueprint"; Restoring the image with "acting", including the Internal behavior and the external behavior.
