The purpose of school education is to promote the students' all-round development,learning difficulties seriously hinder the all-round development of students. Physics and human civilization is closely related, so learning physics is the responsibility incumbent upon the young students in the 21 st century, however, high school students in physics learning process exist a lot of problems, especially high school students' physics learning difficulties are particularly prominent, in order to understand the researchers taught school high school students physical causes for difficulties in learning, the thorough investigation.This study takes constructivism learning theory, attribution theory, zone of proximal development theory as the foundation, in Gansu Province, Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, XX high school students as the research object, randomly selected high five class of students, first of all, of physics students academic performance characteristics analysis; next to them to carry on the questionnaire survey,using SPSS17.0 software for survey data processing, combined with classroom observations, and with physical teachers before and after the interview results, from a different dimension are analyzed in detail of students' physical learning the cause of the difficulty of. Finally, it puts forward the solve the problem of high school students' physics learning difficulties.This study suggests that the cause of the high student physics learning difficulties are: part of the students themselves, including: learning basis, learning methods,learning habits, learning attitude and psychological factors such as student interest and motivation; Second, the textbook knowledge, including: large difference of high school physics knowledge, knowledge of physics and mathematics problem, physical theory of knowledge gap between knowledge and life practice, knowledge presentation of a single,lack of exercise after class and students to a compulsory one, two the lack of knowledge in different degree; The idea of teachers, including: some teachers, teaching methods,teaching attitude problems; Finally, some students' families and society and so on. Forthese reasons the author from their own teaching practice put forward a proposal for the following aspects: teachers should according to the differences of students, carrying out stratification teaching; Teachers should pay attention to the classroom interaction,ensure the diversity of teaching; Teachers should focus on students' psychological and emotional development, change the teaching idea, attitude, improve their quality;Students on the basis of the understanding of knowledge, should grasp the knowledge of different learning methods, and learn to apply; Under the guidance of teachers, students must be good at self attribution, learn to timely feedback.
