The development and application of artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing and other technologies have brought revolutionary impact on education,and put forward higher training objectives for it education.Good information literacy and high-level thinking ability are the basic abilities of digital citizens in the 21 st century.Therefore,in order to meet the requirements of the development of information society for talents,schools at all levels have carried out information technology curriculum reform.In this context,the application of scratch in teaching takes new ideas and methods to the reform of information technology curriculum.The application of scratch in the course of information technology emphasizes to create a real learning environment for students,pay attention to students' learning experience,and pay attention to the cultivation and development of students' high-level ability.Scratch is a kind of graphic programming software for children developed by MIT.It services for mainly 8-16 years old children.learners only need to build blocks in the form of visual programming in the program.The application of scratch in the course of information technology can not only inject new vitality into the classroom,arouse students' interest in learning,improve their initiative in learning,but also cultivate students' higher-level abilities such as problem-solving ability,logical thinking ability,innovation ability and migration ability.However,due to the application of scratch in the primary school information technology curriculum is not mature enough,teachers are not familiar with the scratch software,and lack of theoretical and application research related to teaching design.Therefore,the actual teaching effect of scratch information technology course is not very ideal.In order to solve this problem and cultivate the high-level ability needed by the 21 st century digital society talents,the author puts forward the research of this topic.This study is aimed at class 1,grade 5 of a primary school in Kunming,Yunnan Province.Firstly,it combs the development of scratch in education research,and sorts out the basic characteristics and connotation of experiential learning theory.Secondly,it analyzes the curriculum objectives,content and teaching mode of primary school information technology curriculum,which proves that there is a good feasibility of integration between information technology curriculum and experience learning theory.Then,under the guidance of experiential learning theory,based on the learning level of the students,we reference to the book "hands-on play scratch2.0 programming",analyze the learning characteristics and learning level of the learners,and design the teaching objectives,teaching contents and teaching activities of the primary school scratch information technology course.Based on the experience learning theory,this paper studies the teaching practice of scratch information basic course in primary school.In the process of teaching,students learn mainly through iterative creative learning activities.Iterative creative activities are mainly divided into four stages: prototype production,work iteration,work improvement,work recreation or innovation.In the first three stages,by providing students with sample works,students can master the relevant knowledge of scratch software,basic knowledge of program design and program design ideas in the process of guiding students to complete the iteration and improvement of sample works.In the fourth stage,we will create a learning space for students to explore independently and guide students to recreate or create new works.In this paper,the teaching process of "pick up Apple game" is selected to show.The results show that: first,the scratch information technology curriculum based on experience learning theory can effectively enhance learners' interest and initiative in learning,students have a high level of participation in the teaching process,and students are willing to spend time on programming research after the end of the curriculum.Second,the scratch information technology course in primary school based on experience learning theory can improve learners' problem-solving ability,logical thinking ability,innovation ability,migration ability and other higher-level abilities.In the learning process,learners can carry out independent exploration and collaborative research,and effectively solve the problems encountered in the process of program design.In the process of recreating example works or innovating new works,students can integrate their own ideas to create works and design interesting and challenging game works.Thirdly,learners' higher-level abilities in the learning process have been developed in different level,but there are differences between the development of learners' individual abilities.After the assessment of learners' knowledge mastery and higher-level ability,it is found that the students' higher-level ability has been improved,but there are differences among students.Students with high-level ability can create creative works independently,while students with low-level ability can add their own ideas on the basis of sample works for iteration.Fourthly,the scratch information technology course based on experience learning theory is feasible and effective for the cultivation of students' ability.
