School-based curriculum as according to the standard of school,setting its own curriculum,which corresponds to the national and local curriculum,is a part of the national fundamental education curriculum implementation plan.The ministry of education indicates:At the same time of implementation of the national curriculum and local curriculum,school should pay attention to the concrete conditions of local social and economic development,combine with traditions,advantage,students' interests and needs,so as to developing or choosing suitable courses for school.This article puts forwards the corresponding development ideas and suggestions,based on the advantages and disadvantages in process of volleyball school-based courses in elementary schools of 4 urban districts of Dalian.With the booster for implementation of school-based curriculum,impetus development of elementary school volleyball of Dalian city,for creating Dalian good volleyball atmosphere plays a positive role.Through the literature,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics study of the status and problems of development of school-based courses in elementary school.The main objects of investigation are 20 schools in urban city and students in grade five and six participated in Yu Ming "High-school cup" of ten schools in 4 urban districts,school physical education teachers(coaches),part of the students' parents.Survey content is mainly about distribution of schools which carrying out volleyball course,the development of the present situation,the physical education teachers,extracurricular training and competition situation,selection and delivery situation of athletes,but also a survey of approval rate of parents of students who participating in volleyball school-based course,motivation of support for students to participate in the school-based courses,the harvest of students to participate in volleyball school-based,and students' parents support for volleyball school-based courses.After investigation and analysis,the conclusion is: In 4 urban districts of Dalian city,elementary schools carry out school-based course in a small number and are distributed unevenly.Both volleyball school-based course and characteristics of teaching are not developed jointly in most of school.Teaching time in elementary schools which carrying out school-based curriculum is not sufficient.Although they have their own teaching content,they don't set a different syllabus for different grades.These schools don't feeding teaching contents in the form of books or teaching materials.In 4 urban districts,the age distribution of teachers who engaged in volleyball school-based education is reasonable,but insufficiency ofspecial teachers in volleyball.The scientific research level is relatively low,and short of the study of provincial and national projects.There are such problems as the insufficient hardware facilities for development of volleyball school-based curriculum and serious shortage of indoor teaching and training venues.They couldn't guarantee the normal teaching in harsh weather condition.Funds spent in development of school-based curriculum are relatively single and lack of social support.Every year,volleyball tournaments are less for schools to participate.The competition levels are low.Due to the limitation of school districts and direction of future development,primary schools are not able to cultivating and transporting more reserve talents for superior school or professional sports school.They don't promote the development of campus volleyball and the cultivation of reserve volleyball talents.
