The so-called academic quality assessment is based on certain educational goals to students in learning activities,all aspects of physical and mental performance,based on the student body and mind,intelligence factors such as the status of non-intelligence factors and changes in the development process to make value judgments.In this paper,the concept of academic quality evaluation framework,combined with empirical research studies have been related to the quality of the evaluation,self primary academic quality questionnaire.In this paper,several randomly selected primary schools in Dalian 50 teachers and 150 elementary school students to investigate,46 valid questionnaires recovered part of the teachers,and the recovery was 92%.Recycling student section 145 valid questionnaires,the recovery rate was 97%,the paper uses SPSS 17.0 main purpose of the pupils from the school quality evaluation method body content of the status quo,and standard terms of a systematic study.The study found that the presence of the existing primary school quality assessment evaluation single function;primary school quality assessment content favoritism is not balanced;students' academic quality evaluation standard single fixed;primary school quality evaluation method is too monotonous;the main primary school quality evaluation of a single issue.The existence of an effective way to solve the shortage of primary school quality assessment for the current school situation combined with the learning situation,the implementation of school-based study of the academic quality of the evaluation,the author evaluated the implementation of the reform strategy proposed content of the academic quality of the school-based assessment,including formative assessment according to the school,unit testing and evaluation of three jobs;school-based academic quality evaluation criteria based on the school situation,learn to evaluate the situation to establish and promote learning,and promote the development of teaching evaluation purposes;establish academic content multidimensional quality assessment,curriculum standards combined with the school situation benchmark learning situation for a comprehensive evaluation of academic quality;participation in diverse academic quality evaluation body,the establishment of evaluation community;the actual situation of the use of flexible evaluation methods.Proposal eventually brought under school-based chemical industry quality assessment content and standards for school-based chemical industry quality evaluation:to promote the overall development of each student for school-based chemical industry quality evaluation fundamental starting point and the ultimate purpose;to cultivate the students' innovative spirit and practical the ability to focus on quality evaluation of school-based chemical industry to continuously improve primary school-based evaluation of reforms.
