Since the 21 st century,the humanistic education theory has become the core of educational philosophy,recognized and accepted by more and more learners and people.But in a long time,there's a fundamental flaw in China's students' management,students' rights,and dominant position in the educational process have been ignored by teachers and education managers.Students are regarded as a "discipline" of the object,students' autonomy,initiative and creativity in educational activities are depressed.The direct result of this kind of education is a standard object lack of personality and creativity.The concept of self-management education is based on humanist theory and behavior and way of thinking in educational practices.Self-management is the use of the humanistic educational theory and development in educational practice,to realize the goal of creative nationality.This study intends to sort out relevant research data at home and abroad,bases on the data through pupils questionnaires and interviews in a number of primary school managers and head teacher of Dalian urban area primary school,to find out the real status and problems exists in current class self-management of pupils,and explore their reasons.Drawing on existing experiences of students class self-management,instructs teachers to explore countermeasures and ways to implement class self-management in primary school pupils class management,and to cultivate more creative professionals in the future.
