The development of Vocational Education has reached an unprecedented scale in our country after 30 years of development of social economy,which has made remarkable achievements and built the vocational education system with the Chinese characteristics.However,we must clearly see that the quality problems is still the biggest problem in which many vocational colleges pursuit expansion in the development process.Even under the driveof economic interest,regions and vocational colleges seek hot,mutual rivalry,running mode convergence similar specialties and curriculum similar and the lack of personality characteristics.Vocational education post-professional education is proposed based on it,and it has the important theory significance and the practice value.The gist of the post-professional running schools is running fine schools,featuring schools,personalizd schools,small schools,and cooperative schoolsand is different form vocational schools which pursue economics educational homogeneity schools and scale schools.This study selectes nine schools as samples,which are three vocational colleges and three ocational schools(vocational high school,technical secondary school,technical school)in Tianjin city and three secondary vocational schools in Hebei Province.This study gives the comparative analysis and exploration of China’s vocational education homogenization degree about professional setting,curriculum,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and evaluation.The survey finds that it existes different degrees of homogeneity in the aspects of professional setting and curriculum in some vocational colleges.In order to reduce the degree of homogeneity,this study draws on some countries experience,such as Germany,Japan,Canada and analysis these countries advantages on the basis of constructivism theory,the theory of ecology of education,labor regional division of labor theory.It also proposes the principles of professional setting,curriculum setting principles and post specialized school running strategies combining with the collaborative development strategy and vocational education practical of Beigjing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.There is a certain risk of any kind of school running mode,based on the risk of professional school,the study put forward a risk aversion strategy of post professional school to change the current phenomenon of China’s vocational education homogeneity and promote the comprehensive and coordinated sustainable development of China’s vocational education.
